CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE BY THE CUSTOMER
For the withdrawal from a service already booked by the customer, the following conditions will apply:

  • free refund up to 10 days before the start of the visit;

  • 100% charge for tours canceled less than 10 days before the start of the visit;

  • in all cases the refund of the debited sum takes place in the shortest possible terms, by bank transfer or via PayPal); the time for crediting the sum to one's current account depend on the conditions and agreements between the banks.
